Ramp closed 9 PM to 5AM for construction activities
NORFOLK – Crews performing Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) construction work will temporarily close the W. Bay Avenue off-ramp (Exit 274) from I-64 West on Tuesday evening, November 21, between the hours of 9 PM and 5 AM.
As part of the project’s widening work for I-64 in Norfolk, the W. Bay Avenue off-ramp (Exit 274) will be closed, and traffic will be detoured to Exit 273 to 4th View Street (refer to detour route map below).
Motorists are urged to remain alert when driving in this area. All construction schedules are pending weather or unforeseen circumstances.
