Jen Kiggans has been serving the U.S. Congress since 2023, after replacing Elaine Luria. Prior to her congressional role, she served in the Virginia Senate from 2020 to 2022. Born in 1971 in Tampa, Florida, she now resides in Virginia Beach. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Old Dominion University, obtained in 2011.
