On March 20, 2025, Congresswoman Kiggans expressed satisfaction in a tweet regarding her office's assistance to a constituent named Arthur. She stated: "I’m so glad my office was able to help Arthur secure the money he was owed by the Social Security Administration! Navigating the federal government can be difficult, but Team Kiggans is standing at the ready to help our constituents in #VA02…!"

Later that day, she attended an event at Jones & Cabacoy Veterans Care Center in Virginia Beach. In her post about the visit on March 20, 2025, she noted: "It was an honor to visit Jones & Cabacoy Veterans Care Center in Virginia Beach for an event honoring women veterans! JCVCC has 5 female veteran residents & 11 female veteran staff members, & the care they provide Hampton Roads veterans is unmatched. Thank you for ALL you do…!"
