In her first tweet of the day, Kiggans highlighted her visit to the Virginia Ship Repair Association. She emphasized the importance of shipbuilding and repair for both national security and the local economy in Virginia's 2nd district. "Spent some time this afternoon with @VAShipRepair! Strong shipbuilding and ship repair are vital to both our national security and our local economy here in #VA02. I will always stand up for the highly skilled men and women who build and maintain our ships!" she wrote at 20:47 UTC.

Later that day, at 21:53 UTC, Kiggans celebrated National Agriculture Day by acknowledging the contributions of farmers in Virginia and across America. She noted that Virginia hosts nearly 40,000 farms spanning over seven million acres. "Happy National Agriculture Day!
