The City of Chesapeake is hosting a Master Plan Carnival on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the River Crest Community Center. The event aims to engage residents of all ages and abilities with various activities and opportunities for community feedback.
Attendees can look forward to a food truck, free face painting, free snacks, games, giveaways, and master plan activities designed to gather input on the future development of the city's parks, recreational opportunities, and tourist destinations.
