On March 29, 2025, Congresswoman Kiggans commemorated National Vietnam Veterans Day by acknowledging the contributions of veterans. She stated, "Today on National Vietnam Veterans Day, we honor the legacy of the brave men and women who served our country in the Vietnam War – including over 230,000 Virginians." She expressed gratitude for their service and sacrifices made during the Vietnam War.
