Fall’s fresh air nature walks and cozy football afternoons are a lot more fun with dogs, and there are so many wonderful canine companions waiting to meet you at Norfolk Animal Care Center (NACC). To celebrate the season and encourage individuals and families to adopt, NACC is waiving all dog adoption fees September 10 – 30 in its “Pumpkin Spice Up Your Life” adoption promotion.
There are so many wonderful dogs (and cats) at NACC just waiting to meet you and since the shelter is at critical capacity, forever homes are urgently needed. You can view adoptable animals online atwww.norfolk.gov/nacc or come meet your new best friend in person.
Norfolk Animal Care Center is located at 5585 Sabre Road, Norfolk, VA 23502, and adoption hours are:
Tuesdays & Wednesdays
2:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Fridays
2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturdays & Sundays
Noon - 4:30 p.m.
