The congresswoman, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2023, expressed her thoughts and initiatives through social media on February 20, 2025.

On February 20, 2025, Kiggans tweeted about hosting a group called Men of Faith from Virginia Beach at the U.S. Capitol Building. She stated: "My Washington D.C. office hosted Men of Faith from Virginia Beach for a tour of the U.S. Capitol Building this week…! These young men are the next generation of leaders in our community and it was awesome to host them in our nation’s Capitol. Come back again soon!"

Later that day, Kiggans addressed an international issue involving Hamas with another tweet: "Today, Hamas yet again showed the world how evil they truly are. After nearly 500 days, they finally returned the remains of four innocent hostages including Ariel (4), Kfir (9 months), their mother Shiri Bibas (33), and Oded Lifshitz (83) to Israel. I am heartbroken by this…" This post reflects her stance on recent developments concerning hostages returned to Israel.

In a separate tweet posted on February 20, Kiggans highlighted domestic issues regarding healthcare professionals: "As we face a growing nursing shortage, we must support our nurses who work from sun-up to sundown to provide lifesaving care.
