On February 13, 2025, Congresswoman Kiggans' team celebrated her personal milestone with a tweet stating: "Happy 26th Anniversary to Congresswoman Kiggans and her awesome husband Steve…! Wishing you many more years of love and happiness!! Enjoy your special day! - From Team Kiggans".
The following day, on February 14, she marked Valentine's Day with a message to her constituents in Virginia's 2nd district: "Virginia is for lovers but especially today! Happy Valentine’s Day #VA02…!".
On February 15, Kiggans turned her attention to aviation matters by acknowledging the work of the Civil Air Patrol Virginia Wing.
