The City of Chesapeake is continuing its Comprehensive Plan update, focusing on land use and character districts. Residents are encouraged to participate in the discussion by attending one of the scheduled open houses or contacting the Planning Department via email at Planning@CityOfChesapeake.net.
The open houses are scheduled as follows: October 3 at Western Branch Community Center, October 7 at South Norfolk Community Center, October 16 at Great Bridge Primary School, and October 24 at Fire Station #7. All events will take place from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
