The Luke Bryan Farm Tour concert is scheduled for Friday, September 20 at Heritage Park, located at 3444 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322. Traffic throughout the area is expected to be heavily congested on show day, and motorists should exercise caution and patience. Police assistance will be available in several locations. Motorists who are not attending the Luke Bryan Farm Tour Concert should consider alternate routes. Below is important information regarding the traffic plan in the area surrounding the venue for September 20:

Concert attendees who will be utilizing onsite parking should follow these routes:

Motorists traveling southbound will utilize Battlefield Blvd S to St Brides Rd W. All southbound traffic destined for the concert will turn right onto St Brides Rd W and enter the venue parking area. Police and parking attendants will direct traffic to the parking area. Note: There will be no eastbound traffic on St Brides Rd W, from Battlefield Blvd S to Taft Rd, beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Motorists traveling northbound will utilize Battlefield Blvd S and enter the venue parking area by making a left turn directly into the site just north of Fire Station 7. Police and parking attendants will direct traffic to the parking area.

Concert attendees using rideshares or drop-offs will be directed to the Rideshare Only Area via Benefit Rd to St Brides Rd W. Note: This is for drop-off and pick-up attendees only. Any motorists that utilize this route for parking will be redirected by police. Residents who live along the road closure areas will retain access to and from their homes at all times; police will assist residents through concert traffic.

All motorists should follow posted signage in the area and obey instructions from police directing traffic.

Due to the high volume of traffic expected following the concert, beginning at 10:00 p.m., all concert traffic exiting the venue must turn right onto Southbound Battlefield Blvd S. Northbound Battlefield Blvd S will be closed between Gallbush Rd and St Brides Rd W beginning at 10:00 p.m. Traffic destined for points north of the venue will enter northbound Rt 168 Chesapeake Expressway at Gallbush Rd, while southbound traffic will continue south on Battlefield Blvd S or onto Gallbush Rd. During exit, rideshare and pick-ups will be directed to the Rideshare Only Area using Benefit Rd to St Brides Rd W.

Southbound Battlefield Blvd S will be closed at St Brides Rd W beginning at 10:00 p.m., to allow safe exit of concert traffic. Southbound traffic on Battlefield Blvd S from points north of the venue should utilize alternate routes including Rt 168 Chesapeake Expressway or Indian Creek Rd.

Tolls on Rt 168 Chesapeake Expressway, both northbound and southbound, will be suspended at 10 p.m. to accommodate traffic exiting the concert and reinstated once traffic volumes return to normal levels. Note: This is the only period tolls will be suspended for this event.
