There were 90 American Indian students enrolled in Norfolk City Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 2.2% less than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Norfolk City Public Schools District welcomed 26,884 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.3% of the student body to be the second least represented ethnicity in the school.

Norfolk City Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Norfolk City and has a main office in Norfolk.

Among the 44 schools in Norfolk City Public Schools District, Norview High School recorded the highest enrollment of American Indian students in the 2023-24 school year.
