Starting Saturday, July 1, 2023, MAX fare will be eliminated. The affected routes are the 966, 967, and 972. The regular fare on all HRT fixed route services (bus, 757 Express, light rail, and ferry) will be uniformly $2.00 per trip, or $ 4.50 for an all-day pass. Discounted fare ($1.00 per trip and $2.25 for an all-day pass) is still available for Medicare cardholders, adults aged 65 and older, and persons with disabilities. Youths aged 17 and under still ride free with a fare-paying adult or a Student Freedom Pass.
