City of Portsmouth issued the following announcement on Sept. 16
Mayor Shannon E. Glover, members of Portsmouth City Council, City Manager Angel L. Jones, Police Chief Renado Prince, and members of law enforcement agencies from the FBI and the Virginia State Police will hold a news conference Tues., Sept. 21.
