City of Norfolk residents have various opportunities to engage with and provide feedback on the proposed FY 2026 budget. There will be an option for public comment at Granby High School on April 9 at 6 p.m.

Residents are invited to review the proposed budget available online at www.norfolk.gov/CitizenCents. The website offers an overview of the budget process and access to the "Balancing Act" budget simulation tool. Additionally, the budget can be examined in physical form at Norfolk Public Library branches.

An online public comment form is available until April 18 on the same website, which also details other ways residents can provide their input. In-person feedback can be shared during the public hearing scheduled for April 9 at Granby High School. Instructions for commenting will be posted on the City Council's webpage. This hearing is the only public meeting specifically designated for residents to directly share their thoughts on the budget with council members.
