Chesapeake's annual State of the City address is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, from noon to 2:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Chesapeake Conference Center located at 700 Conference Center Drive. For those unable to attend in person, Chesapeake Television will broadcast the event live. It can be viewed on Cox Channel 48, Verizon Channel 43, or online at www.CityOfChesapeake.net/LiveFeed.
