The offices of the Commissioner of Revenue and City Treasurer in Norfolk are experiencing a system-wide outage. As a result, both offices will close at 2 p.m. today, February 12.
For inquiries during this closure, staff can be reached via email. Questions related to the City Treasurer can be directed to CT-Portalquestions@Norfolk.gov. For real estate-related questions concerning the City Treasurer, emails should be sent to CT-REINQUIRY@norfolk.gov.
Business license or business property questions can be addressed by contacting CORBT@Norfolk.gov, while personal property queries should be sent to CORPP@Norfolk.gov.
