Congresswoman Jen Kiggans, representing Virginia's 2nd district, has expressed her support for a new Executive Order signed by the President at the White House. Through a series of tweets, she conveyed her enthusiasm and personal connection to the order that aims to exclude biological males from participating in girls' sports.

On February 5, 2025, Kiggans tweeted about attending the signing ceremony at the White House: "Excited to be at the White House today for the signing of @POTUS’ new Executive Order to keep biological men out of girls’ sports! A huge win for common sense, and an even bigger win for female athletes! Promises made, promises kept."

Later that day, she shared her perspective as both a mother and former athlete: "As a mother of two active girls and a former athlete and coach, protecting women's sports is personal to me. I can't think of a better way to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day than by putting an end to biological men competing in girls’ sports. It's common sense!"

In another tweet posted on February 6, 2025, Kiggans acknowledged Riley Gaines' contributions towards achieving this legislative milestone: "Incredible to see @Riley_Gaines_ at the White House today as @POTUS signed an Executive Order to ban biological males from competing in women's sports! Her hard work is one of the reasons today was possible. Great job and congrats, Riley!"
