On January 29, 2025, Kiggans announced the introduction of the Representing Our Seniors at VA Act. According to her tweet, "Today I introduced the Representing Our Seniors at VA Act to expand the VA's Geriatrics and Gerontology Advisory Committee to include a representative from the National Association of State Veterans Homes. This bill will improve health outcomes for our greatest generation...!"
