Trash collection in Chesapeake is facing delays this week due to winter weather conditions. Chesapeake Waste Management announced that they will utilize Saturday and, if necessary, Monday to complete the trash collection routes originally scheduled for Thursday and Friday. Residents are advised to keep their bins at the curb until they are collected.
"Thank you for your patience as we get caught up from the snow delay!" stated the City of Chesapeake.
