Santa Claus will make an appearance at the MacArthur Memorial in Norfolk on December 14. The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to noon, invites families to visit with Santa and take photos.
Following the Santa visit, attendees can participate in a new family-friendly Brick Figure Scavenger Hunt within the museum. Additional activities include learning how to fold an origami paper crane ornament and creating cards that will be delivered to veterans during the holiday season.
All activities are free of charge, and no registration is necessary. However, early arrival is advised for those planning to attend. More information can be found at www.macarthurmemorial.org.
