There were 125 white students enrolled in Franklin City Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 16.7% less than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Franklin City Public Schools District welcomed 1,015 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, white students comprised 12.3% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the school.
