VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. – The Virginia Beach Community Services Board invites the public to comment on its proposed FY 2024 State Performance Contract, through which state funding is utilized for public mental health, developmental disabilities and substance use services.
As part of the process, the Department must hold a 30-day public comment period for residents to offer their input on the contract.
The Board will request the plan be added to the City Council’s September 5 agenda. A draft of the plan may be viewed at the following locations:
