Old Dominion University recently issued the following announcement.
Governor Glenn Youngkin ordered the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia be flown at half-staff on all local, state and federal grounds in Virginia as mourners gather to memorialize the sacrifice of the officers lost Feb. 1 at Bridgewater College.
The flags shall be lowered at sunrise on Feb. 9 and remain at half-staff until sunset.
