Here is something you can toot your own horn about! Don't sit in traffic on Hampton Blvd waiting for the train to pass. In partnership with The Port of Virginia, drivers can sign up for text alerts and receive a 20- minute heads up before a train crosses Hampton Blvd and Terminal Blvd.
