Join the City of Norfolk and Ward 3 Council Representative, Councilwoman Mamie B. Johnson, as we celebrate the newest addition to the Tanner’s Creek community! We want to thank our Parks and Recreation Department and all those on Team Norfolk for their dedication to our communities and making this day possible.
