Dollar General HQ issued the following announcement on Feb. 3
“We are proud to be named as one of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies for 2022,” said Todd Vasos, Dollar General’s chief executive officer. “At Dollar General, we strive to help our customers save time and money with affordable access to everyday essentials, support our employees through career and development opportunities, and champion education and literacy programs across this great nation with the Dollar General Literacy Foundation.”
The annual World’s Most Admired Companies list is comprised of 330 companies in 52 industries and will be published in the magazine’s February/March 2022 print issue and is available online here.
