Cost of college went down for all students at Wave Leadership College

Tuition and fees fell 2.4 percent for 2018-19 at Wave Leadership College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Virginia students paid $7,145 to attend the two-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $175 less than the $7,320 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 7 students received grants or scholarships totaling $37,269 and 7 students took out student loans totaling more than $39,598.

Including all undergraduates (65), 9 students used grants or scholarships totaling $43,189, and 12 students took out $68,024 in federal student loans.
