On March 5, 2025, Congresswoman Kiggans expressed concern about the potential expiration of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. She stated that "If Congress fails to renew the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act by the end of this year the average Virginia family will face roughly a 21% tax increase…! For the @HouseGOP and me, that is UNACCEPTABLE. We’re going to keep our promise and lower taxes for hardworking Americans!"

Later that day, she commented on a significant investment in domestic technology manufacturing: "Building microchips in America will strengthen our national defense, bring jobs back to our shores and grow our economy, plain and simple. I’m thrilled to see a $100 billion investment in this high-tech industry here at home. This is a win for America…! " This tweet underscores her support for initiatives aimed at bolstering national security and economic prosperity through local production.

In another post from March 5th, she discussed border security measures implemented under Republican leadership: "It turns out that when you take action to secure the border, illegal border crossings PLUMMET…! In February, we saw the lowest number of crossings in 25 years. ICE arrests of illegal immigrants have increased over 600% from when Biden was in charge." Kiggans highlighted what she perceives as effective policy changes resulting in decreased illegal crossings.
