Childbirth Preparation (Half Day) Class

A certified Lamaze® Instructor prepares expectant parents mentally and physically for labor and delivery: how to know you are in labor, to time contractions, about breathing and relaxation techniques, labor positions, and medical interventions and anesthesia.
What to bring: Please bring 2 pillows and blanket to class.
Cost: $70
Class cost includes attendee and only 1 guest. Please list guests name during checkout.
For questions about classes please call 864-675-4400. Please note if you are not able to attend any classes with a fee, you may process your refund under your Findjoo account or transfer to a new class date. Classes may be canceled due to ill instructor or low enrollment. In this case, every effort will be made to reschedule participants into desired class
