The City of Virginia Beach is currently facing an intermittent phone outage that is impacting most city buildings, including the main information line. The cause of the disruption has not yet been identified. According to city officials, staff are working to resolve the issue and restore phone service as soon as possible.

Residents who require emergency assistance are advised to call 911.

City officials have expressed appreciation for the public’s patience and stated that updates will be provided when more information becomes available.
