Old Dominion University’s men’s tennis team will play against Liberty University on April 2, as announced on Apr. 1. The match is scheduled for 3 p.m. and will take place in Lynchburg.

The contest features two nationally ranked teams, with Old Dominion currently at number 56 and Liberty at number 69 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings. The event will be available for fans to watch live on ESPN+, and live statistics will also be provided.

Old Dominion enters the match riding a five-match winning streak, having recently defeated Elon and Georgia Southern during competitions held in Elon, North Carolina. This brings Old Dominion’s season record to 15 wins and five losses.

Liberty comes into the match after splitting its most recent weekend of competition. The Flames achieved a narrow victory over number 74 South Florida with a score of 4-3 but lost by the same margin to Florida Atlantic University (FAU). Liberty holds an even record of nine wins and nine losses this season.
