On Sunday, May 18, former Nansemond-Suffolk Academy standout Tyler Howlett’s current collegiate team the Lynchburg Hornets won 6-5 against the Emory Eagles in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at James C. Fox Field at 1:45 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Emory Eagles in the tournament.

The Lynchburg Hornets’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 12 p.m. at James C. Fox Field.
