Manor High School was named on Mar. 26 as one of the “100 Best W!se High Schools Teaching Personal Finance” for 2026 by Working in Support of Education (W!se). This marks the second year in a row that Manor has received this recognition.

The award highlights schools that excel at teaching personal finance, an area seen as important for preparing students to manage their finances and make informed decisions after graduation.

W!se reports that its Top 100 list acknowledges excellence in personal finance education among about 1,000 participating schools across 49 states. These schools are part of W!se’s Financial Literacy Certification program, which provides instructional resources to help teach personal finance concepts.

Selection for the Top 100 is based on each school’s average score on the Financial Literacy Certification Test. Students who pass this test earn the Certified Financially Literate credential, which is recognized nationally.

W!se is a nonprofit organization located in New York City with a mission to improve lives through programs focused on financial literacy and readiness for college and careers.

As Manor High School continues its work in financial education, it maintains its place among leading schools nationwide recognized by W!se.
