Congresswoman Jen Kiggans, who represents Virginia’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared updates on her legislative work and community engagement through her social media accounts.
On December 11, 2025, Kiggans posted about attending a holiday event with fellow lawmakers and industry stakeholders: “I had so much fun joining @RepMMM and our friends at @CRESEnergy for their annual Christmas party! Kiggans began serving as the representative for Virginia’s 2nd District after replacing Elaine Luria in 2023. She previously held office in the Virginia Senate from 2020 to 2022. Originally from Tampa, Florida and currently residing in Virginia Beach, Kiggans earned a BSN from Old Dominion University in 2011.
