On Labor Day, Hampton Roads Transit will adjust its operations. Bus, light rail, Naval Station Norfolk Base Express, ridesharing services, and paratransit will run on a Saturday schedule. The ferry will move to its Winter schedule. This holiday also marks the last day for the full VB Wave service; after Labor Day, the VB Wave will switch to post-summer service and continue until September 28, 2025.

Transit center information booths and public access to administrative facilities such as ID Badge and Lost and Found will be closed on Labor Day. However, the Customer Service Call Center will remain open from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Hampton Roads Transit encourages riders seeking more information to visit gohrt.com or call 757-222-6100. Spanish-speaking customers can call the same number for assistance in Spanish. TTY service is available by dialing 711 through Virginia Relay.

“Thank you for riding with Hampton Roads Transit!”
