The City of Chesapeake has announced an updated version of its Customer Service Request (CSR) system, the online platform used by residents to report issues and request city services.
According to city officials, the redesign will improve functionality and provide a better user experience on both the CSR website and its mobile application. The new version of the mobile app is scheduled to launch on Wednesday, December 3, with updates to the website expected later in the week.
A statement from the City notes: “While the system will have a fresh new look and feel, residents can continue to count on the same dependable service they’ve always received – now with a cleaner, more user-friendly design to help get requests done faster.”
The CSR system is intended to make it easier for community members to communicate concerns or needs directly with municipal departments.
